Job Responsibilities
- Provide ICT Support Services to HRD Staff
- Provide hardware, software and network support to HRD Staff and update all system and application software and hardware
- Plan, schedule and conduct training/orientation on new technology to stake holder as per requirements to increase knowledge on IT/IS
- Maintain and update inventory of ICT product
- Conduct training/orientation on ERP & ICT for BRAC Staff in coordination with BLD to increase technological knowledge
- Provide end user support on new and existing software for smooth operations of HRD activities
- Module development of ICT training/orientation
- Frequent field visit as per need
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
