Admin Officer


Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all Administration related activities of the company.
  • Coordinate with different departments in relation to Administrative activities.
  • Organize & Manage any program in the organization.
  • Receiving incoming materials / general items.
  • Ensuring storage of materials by proper identification and traceability.
  • Maintaining communication with external parties and organizations for official purposes.
  • Maintain calendar, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders.
  • Monitor office supplies and maintaining office assets.
  • Supervise and monitor support stuff.

Experience Requirements
  • At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements
  • Age 22 to 35 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of EXCEL/Google Sheet functionality.
  • Good communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated & Quick learner.
  • Able to share and implement best practices.
