Executive - Central Planning (For Garments Factory)
Job Responsibilities
- Make sure of the availability of raw materials to execute the line loading correctly
- Follow up respective buyer confirm order from yarn to shipment
- Follow up knitting, dyeing status as per plan
- Align the fabric window with the loading plan
- If fabric mill fails to meet the plan, then immediately take alternative action for Plan-B
- Minimize the mismatch of textile & garments plan
- Need to minimize the percentage of 2nd or 3rd time line feeding
- Ensure achieve hour by proper utilizing of sewing line
- Meet with merchandising team for critical path meeting daily/weekly
- Ensure time and action (TNA) event by event
- Maximize the OTT by strong follow up in backward linkage
- Need special concentration to improve the cutting, sewing line and finishing efficiency and conduct PP meeting & call for risk analysis meeting (for high risk product)
- Make monthly presentation on MS- Power Point of order status
- Have enough knowledge about MS-Excel and ability to prepare graphical representation of data
- Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
