Worker (Level-2)
Job Responsibilities
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in Bengali language - skill to read/understand JSA, HA & Checklists used at daily work.
- Report to Company's designated Representative or Team Lead such as daily activity report (if required).
- Must have good quality workmanship.
- Must complete Company provided training and required assessments for Management of Safe Work (MSW).
- The selected candidate has perform the below Services but not limited to :
- Soil dressing, leveling, Sand cement bag filling, erosion control works,
- Grass cutting, Drain cleaning,
- Loading/unloading of materials,
- Housekeeping & cleaning work,
- Garbage collection & Dispose,
- Collection of wastage material, pipe, used oil etc.
- Housekeeping of warehouse material,
- Brick work, concreting, welding helping,
- Plumbing, Carpenter
- Other jobs at plant and other locations as directed by the Company representative.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 25 years
- The Level-2 workers shall perform services as skilled worker/Mason like masonry, rebar, painting, concreting, Cement Mixer machine Operator, Warehouse material loading/unloading, warehouse material housekeeping, plumbing, Scaffolding helping, Carpentry works.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience of similar type of works
