Business & Strategy Analyst (Compressor project)
Job Responsibilities
- To formulate growth strategy options for the businesses, competitor analysis and their future plans.
- To conduct market research and studying market trends.
- To create and present analysis reports.
- To formulate strategies, to increase revenue, cut costs and promote growth.
- To oversee the implementation of updated business strategies.
- To review analyze the efficacy of revised business strategies.
- To monitor the long-term effects of business changes.
- To liaison projects, develop projects plants and business units.
- To define and documenting customer’s business functions and process.
- To determine and evaluating operational outputs and required formats for those reports.
- To plan and coordinate the development of primary, secondary market research studies in support of strategic planning, specific marketing initiatives as required, presents findings of studies to client committees.
- To analyze project feasibility and investment.
- To attend the forums, association events and clients.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by CEO.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Analysis
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 25 years
- Fluent in Bengali and English.
- Good communicating skill.
- Demonstrated presentation skills and training delivery skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel and power point), Internet browsing, basic IT knowledge is mandatory.
- Financial modeling.
- Must be self-motivated and hard working.
- Should have knowledge in Research Related works.
- Flexible to work in factory where as necessary.
- Ability to support business, practice development efforts (ex: proposals, thought leader ship, case studies, work plan and internal metricate trackers).
