Responsibilities:

Prepare bill, voucher & entry to software

Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy

Managing the company’s accounts payable and receivable

Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments

Ensure bank reconciliation and on-time monthly accounts preparation
