Executive/ Sr. Executive (Event Activation), Marketing
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, monitor and execute of marketing events (promotional programs/ campaigns) from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving activation.
- Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel events/ campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
- Generate new event ideas for the business and implement those in a productive way.
- Execute fruitful outdoor activities to promote the brand efficiently considering the target audience.
- Prepare quarterly/ half yearly/ yearly event & outdoor plan and budget.
- Build strong business relationship with stakeholders like outdoor firms/ suppliers to complete the job in time.
- Maintain proper documentation & distribution of souvenirs of the brand.
- Any other project assigned by the supervisor related to Tissue portfolio.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Brand Activation, Events n Activations - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Packaging Industry, Paper
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years' experience in events and activation management.
- Working experience in Paper & Tissue products will get preference.
- Confidence in dealing with client suppliers, customers and the press-over the phone and in person.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in developing events plans and campaigns.
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity.
- Must possess strong interpersonal and public relations skills for communicating details about events properly.
