Assistant Manager- Marketing (Brand & Communication)

Responsibilities & Context

Strategic Planning and Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.

Develop marketing plan based on that to enhance customer experience and Brand equity.

Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and annual plans, taking into account

market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.

Utilize data-driven insights and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make informed recommendations for optimization.

Brand Development and Management:

Define and maintain the brand's positioning, identity, and voice across all marketing channels and touch points.

Oversee the development of creative assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for flawless execution of integrated marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's values and offerings.

Bringing alive the spirit of the brand through 360-degree events, sponsorships, activations etc.

Digital Marketing Excellence:

Lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.

Monitor digital performance metrics and implement continuous optimization strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies, recommending innovative approaches to enhance our online presence and customer experience.

Retail Marketing Innovation:

Develop and implement retail marketing initiatives that drive foot traffic, enhance customer experience, and maximize sales opportunities in-store.

Collaborate with retail teams to execute seasonal promotions, product launches, and store events that align with brand objectives and customer preferences.

Leverage customer insights and CRM data to personalize marketing efforts and drive customer retention and loyalty.

Collaboration and Leadership:

Foster a culture of collaboration, Coordination, creativity, and excellence within the marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, merchandising, and sales, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with business goals.

Cultivate strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives, negotiate contracts, and manage budgets effectively.
