Officer - MIS and Documentation, Songzog

Job Responsibilities

This position is mainly responsible for leading two areas of focus: (1) monitoring of project data and (2) documenting project learning. The Officer will work under the guidance of the Project Manager, the Senior Technical Advisor, Regional Deputy Director of MaMoni MNCSP, and with the US-based Project Director and M&E Senior Specialist. S/he will be responsible for documentation of project results and lessons, provide training and mentoring to develop and/or adapt M&E Plans, M&E tools, survey design, methodology and data analysis to assess program impact. S/he will collaborate with MaMoni staff to integrate the project M&E with MaMoni MNCSP's systems, including its electronic Management Information System (eMIS). S/he will also track progress on performance indicators, analyze monthly performance and review MIS data, contribute to development of donor reports, and document lessons and challenges.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor Degree, preferably in Information Management/Statistics/Urban and Rural Planning/Public Health/Social Science from a recognized university.
