Management Trainee

Responsibilities

.Strong understanding of financial products like Bonds, Mutual Funds, MBS, SWAPS, Equities, etc.

.Sound Knowledge of reconciliation and reporting is must. Good to have knowledge on Trade Settlements lifecycle, corporate actions and Accruals.

.Hands on experience around business transitions and required documentation will have added advantage.

.Hands on experience on Manual & Automated recons is required.

.Should have worked on resolving out of balance or out of proof for recons on account level.

.Experience of posting transactions on accounting book for exception resolution would be required.

.Candidate should have exposure around audits (internal and external) and strong understanding around Risk and Control framework.

Minimum Qualifications

.B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) / Any other equivalent degree

.Relevant experience on Shadow/Non-Custody/External Reconciliation.

.Candidate should have exposure around audits (internal and external) and strong understanding around Risk and Control framework.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

.Experience of matching rules setup for recon would have added advantage.

.Good knowledge of MS Excel is required.

.Experience of Global Plus & Intellimatch applications would have added advantage.
