Front Desk Officer (Itahari)

Job Description

Greeting, assisting visitors, students and guardians in a friendly manner

Screening phone call, responding to query and providing appropriate information

Developing and maintaining a proper filing system

Manage client relationship and expectations

Identify and assess the client’s needs to achieve satisfaction

Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

Keep records of client interactions, process client accounts and file documents

Understanding client requirement

Develop and implement appropriate prospect and client-wise negotiation strategies

Able to work with the development team

Other Specification

Candidate should be graduate and working experience in relevant field

Excellent interpersonal, administrative and communications skills

Proficient in spoken and written Nepali and English

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to arrange and coordinate schedules for reservations
