IT Operations Officer

Job Description

Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications. · Configure and install various network devices and services, IT Equipment. · Networking, Firewall, and troubleshooting if there is any issue. · Maintain WLANs and other wireless networks.

Provide network technical support; evaluate and optimize IT infrastructure for better performance

Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.

Replace computer and laptop parts as required.

Test and evaluate new technology.

Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.

Linux/Windows System Administration.

Job Specification

Professional Skills Required: Linux, Windows Server, Virtualization, Cisco, Mikrotik, Wireless Networking, Routing, Switching.

Conceptual knowledge of Programming language.
