Subject Specialist - Urdu

We are looking for an enthusiastic Urdu subject specialist with good communication and presentation skills to plan, develop and teach academic Urdu on an upcoming online platform that will disrupt the education industry.

This is part of an exciting initiative to revolutionize the education system for the next generation. It is being built on quality videos, reinforcements, and adaptive feedback that will change the landscape of education in Pakistan. We want to build a concrete education foundation that starts from the very basics and fosters meaningful learning throughout.

Responsibilities

-Design content for online classes (basic to advanced concepts).

-Develop courses with quantifiable results.

-Record lectures for online distribution.

-Develop recommendations and action points for course planning.

Requirements

- A passion for education and a desire to change the world.

-A Bachelor’s degree or higher (qualification in Urdu a plus).

-Excited about teaching, adopting new tools and techniques.

-Classroom teaching experience is preferable.

-Meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and impeccable Urdu communication skills.

-IT skills (e.g., ability to work with Google docs or MS-Word) and a willingness to learn how to use new tools.
