Receptionist
Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for handling front office work including diary management, administrative work and management of meeting rooms.
- Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence.
- Greeting all visitors.
- To be successful in this role, you will need good written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
- Prior experience as a receptionist is also helpful.
