CSR / BPO - Arabic (Careem InBound Project)

Responsibilities

· Managing customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email 

· Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

· Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

·  Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

· Database management

· Relevant Reporting

· Work from home option is available but office sitting is preferred

Requirements:

· Applicants MUST possess full Arabic proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, listening)

· The applicants must have strong communication & interpersonal skills

· Experience in an international customer support/call centre is a plus

· Foreign nationals applying for this job MUST have a valid visa for stay in Pakistan during the time that they work with Abacus.

Work permit valid in Pakistan would be preferable.
