Field Research Supervisor
Responsibilities
· Supervise research projects from the early planning stages to project completion.
· Provide motivation and management of the team members in order to maintain required levels of operational excellence.
· Proactively manage efficient team delivery and output within agreed service levels and project targets.
· Effectively manage project processes within the team, such as time and attendance and reporting to meet the projects deadlines.
· Work with team and make data collection strategies.
· Make research schedules to monitor the activities of research teams.
