Junior Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

Edit and upload product content on websites.

Ensure everything is correct Onsite.

Investigate any errors and forward to manager.

Assist in scheduling and production of content across the site and make amendments where necessary.

Responsible for inventory management.

Respond to inquiries via several channels (Chat, Email and Telephone)

Managing the content management systems.

Manage operation of business and coordinate with others as well.

Maintain a high level of service awareness at all time.

Skills Required:

Proficient in English

Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.

Should have knowledge of e-commerce.
