Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective public relations strategies.
Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure work efficiency.
Demonstrate working knowledge and competency with case management software.
Utilize strong public relations skills and consideration when dealing with clients and witnesses.
Possess knowledge/experience of legal databases.
Assist with the preparation, filing, and service of pleadings.
Organize and manage documents, including the creation of spreadsheets.
Draft legal documents according to judicial procedures.
Conduct research on legal policies and present written analysis to solicitors.
Review and produce documents and respond to specific requests.
Assist with litigation preparation.
Create and keep track of accidental cases.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of public relations principles and techniques.
Strong public communication and client-dealing skills.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Bachelor's degree.
