We are looking to staff a wide range of roles across Investment Management, Marketing and Software Development.

You are passionate about FinTech, investment management and solving financial problems through technology and automation.

You are self-motivated and passionate about customers.

You like working and collaborating in teams but can operate effectively with minimal supervision.

You are curious; you seek to improve customer experience and don’t settle.

You have solid written and verbal communication skills.

You are an analytical problem solver, and you are happiest when you are analyzing large datasets to create insights about customer experience.

You will be involved in implementing investment models and analytics aligned to a customer’s values.

You have a strong quantitative background including statistical programming skills, a keen understanding of market theory, and portfolio construction, a deep knowledge of statistics and working experience with machine learning.

You will use Machine Learning and statistical techniques to develop investment strategies through programming languages (Python, R).

You will work closely with the software development and operations teams to implement your analytical tools and gather data to generate customer insights.

You have 2-3 years of experience in data mining and ML techniques, preferably in the financial industry.

You are experienced with Monte-Carlo Projections, Regression models, Modern Portfolio Theory, Option Pricing like Black-Scholes, etc.

You have strong technological acumen and knowledge of languages like R.

A bachelor’s degree in Finance or Investment Management is required; an advanced degree like MBA Finance is preferred.
