Assistant Manager Mechanical

Key Accountabilities:

Key outputs expected from the job. The characteristics of Key Accountability statements are:

a.      Supervise the Execution of Planned and Preventive Jobs of all Overhead Cranes in coordination with relevant Production Lines.

b.      Rectification and Trouble Shooting of Crane & PEB Maintenance jobs.

c.      In cases of Breakdown, the incumbent is to develop the Failure Analysis Report and submit the same to his superior for relevant action.

d.      Inventory Control and Supervision of Spare Parts of all Cranes on relevant Production Lines at ASML.

e.      Assistance in reference to preparing the Mechanical Department’s Annual Budget (spare parts, Equipment for Maintenance and Manpower).

f.       Ensure adherence to all pertinent Safety Rules and Regulations, and ensure understanding of the same by the junior staff

g.      Supervision of all immediate repartees in reference to Work schedules, Work Domains and allotted responsibilities

h.      Coordination and Liaison with various Support Departments regarding misc. concerns.
