• Required to contribute towards the achievement of overall target of
• Assisting the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategyc.
• Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
• Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectivese.
• Build Relationship with existing & new customers
• Participate in preparation for seminar & exhibitiong.
• Maintain update ASML information on social mediah.
• Ensure availability of product sizes in consultation with Manageri.
• Ensure timely payments of customers and issuance of Delivery Notes
• Handle complaints from customersk.
• Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition Close liaison with end users to get their requirementl.
• Work with Advertising agenciesm.
• Mkt understanding & intelligence of competitor policies
