Job Description
- Cold Calling by telephone, identifying and contacting numerous potential and existing customers daily.
- Managing and analyzing a sales database, ensuring all calls are logged accurately, including contact details and any follow updates or other action required
- Direct selling of company range to current and potential customers.
- Up-selling and ensuring that all customers are buying the fullest possible range from the company.
- Maximize order Revenue.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails - ensuring high conversion rates.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Responsible for developing new customer leads while maintaining a relationship with existing customers.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets; Achieve targets set out by Head of Sales across categories.
- Communicate with clients on standard formats by email regarding forthcoming new product introductions and promotions.
- Ensure that all customer calls, (including email inquires ) are answered quickly and efficiently.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor Degree Holder
- Excellent communication skills in English ( VERBAL & WRITTEN )
- Excellent Common on MS
- Relentless Hardworking & Ambitious
- Excellent Persuasive Skills
- Experience within the same industry would be an advantage.
- Telecom Industry 3 years (Preferred)
- Telemarketing: 3 years (Preferred)
