Project Manager - IT

Job Description

We are looking for IT Project Manager who can lead a team and he/she have leading skills.

Must have experience in Software industry.

Requirements:

Minimum 7+ years of experience in handling small to mid-sized projects as a project lead (Mobile) with 9+ years of overall experience in software industry.

Excellent communication skills with good spoken / written English.

Should have experience in project estimation, planning, scheduling, tracking, risk management, defect management, status reporting.

Should be able to implement optimized processed for small to mid-sized projects, which result in assured quality for the customer.

Experience in various software development methodologies suited for small to mid-sized companies.

Should be able to implement various methodologies based on the size, complexity and time available for a project.

Should have good interpersonal skills and should be able to counsel and motivate team members.

Past hands on experience in Native (Android or iOS) or Hybrid app development is mandatory.

Experience working with cross functional teams in a Software Development environment

Education:

Master’s degree in IT or related related field.
