HR Generalist

Responsibilities

  • Act as a generalist and look after all the domains of HR; recuruitment, compesation, OD and employee engagment. 
  • develop / modify policies and program solutions. 
  • process and record HR transactions such as promotions, transfers, performance reviews, termination and employee statistics. 
  • Facilitate in prepration of HR budgets and plans. 
  • Sound knowledge of working in ERP system 
  • Anyother HR&Admin related matters.
