HR Generalist
Responsibilities
- Act as a generalist and look after all the domains of HR; recuruitment, compesation, OD and employee engagment.
- develop / modify policies and program solutions.
- process and record HR transactions such as promotions, transfers, performance reviews, termination and employee statistics.
- Facilitate in prepration of HR budgets and plans.
- Sound knowledge of working in ERP system
- Anyother HR&Admin related matters.
