Job Description:

  • Verify purchase list by comparing items with master list.
  • Provide knowledge about stock in hand to management and schedule delivery accordingly.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers to maintain quality of goods with timely delivery.
  • Prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications and price.
  • Candidate should have good vendors network and knowledge about market.
  • Maintain and updated documents properly in order to assess anytime.
  • Monitor stock level
  • Produce and maintain all reports related to purchase items.

Skills:

  • Good in vendor Management and selection
  • Strong market knowledge.
  • Must familiar with Supply Chain process.
  • Excellent in Documentation
  • Must be Extrovert personality with excellent negotiation skills
