Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer professionally to provide accurate information about product and services.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, complaints, and details of inquiries.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer requests.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special request to designated departments.
  • Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
