Developing & ensuring safety SOPs in all offices for Day & Night.
Conduct/coordinate in HSE trainings and counselling of employees.
Maintenance of all fire & safety equipment.
Minimize the risk in all areas.
Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR).
Implementation of HSE plan & Safe execution of all maintenance work.
Number of reportable non-fatal accidents, investigate industrial accidents, injuries, or occupational diseases to determine causes and preventive measure.
Observe HSE regulations, make sure employees wears required safety equipment, encourages safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately.
Preparing reports & presentations as per requirements.
