Responsibilities
Advertising job ads, sourcing and screening resumes, interviewing shortlisted applicants and on-boarding the finalized candidate for group of companies under the supervision of department head.
Coordinating with career placement officers’ of universities to build strong relations.
To keep maintain records of employees and also check reference of previous organizations.
Should have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Should have strong command on MS Office.
Should have strong follow up ability.
