Recovery Officer
Responsibilities
- Managing large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Should have ability to meet recovery targets.
- Should have strong follow up ability and presence of mind.
- Candidate must be confident, self-motivated, and active.
- Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Should keep records of all conversations in database in a comprehensive way.
- Should have ability to handle pressure.
- Must have polite and courteous tone of voice.
- Experience of real estate industry will be a plus.
