Sales Executive

Provide project specific information to all walk- ins/inbounds and explain project features.

Convert walk-ins/inbounds to customers and complete the required sales documentation.

Cold calling clients and pitching them the projects.

Increase business by following up on potential leads.

Maintain and update the statuses of leads via CRM.

Provide reports to management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems

Maintain relationships with clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.

Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
