Telesales Representative Outbound

• Managing outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

The requirement for call center agents:

• Can work in night shift
• Fluent in English ( Must)
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
