This role category lead for Cheetay Books will be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem solving, creative marketing ideas, have proven data analysis skills, show strong ownership and commitment .The major responsibilities are to bring in the relevant assortment, manage partners and design targeted promotions.
Responsibilities will include:
An understanding of and passion for e-commerce.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong numerical and analytical aptitude
Proven experience working cross-functional projects
Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines

Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools
Innovative, team oriented, and has a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.
Maintain strong relationships with partners on an ongoing basis.
Liaise with tech team on how to improve and sustain the category through creative ideas and market research.
Actively communicate with marketing department to ensure successful marketing campaigns.
Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports for the subject category.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-2 years (BD/Operations)
Education: Min Bachelors in Business/ IT

Strong interpersonal skills
Willingness to work in the field
Self-Motivator
Proficient in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel and Word)
Ability to solve problems without compromising on timelines
