- To execute timely reporting of lab test results.
- To assist Consultant Pathologist in the results reporting stage.
- To supervise team performance in the department and responsible for training of the staff on new techniques.
- To supervise all three technical shifts of the concerned department.
- Responsible for proper Inventory Management etc.
