Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries

Generating sales leads that develop into new customers

Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas

Salary Ranges from 15k to 25k + 1000 per sale. its a UK based call center with timings 2 to 11 PM flexible for females if interested.
