The Position

We are looking for a results-oriented, self-motivated SQA Analyst who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This person will be responsible for performing a variety of QA engineering tasks, including manual and automation testing. This role requires collaboration with a cross-functional team of Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders, both Onshore and Offshore, to understand the business/product requirements and facilitate functional testing and test automation.

The hired candidate will be located and work out of the Contour Software Karachi/Lahore/Islamabad office, working as part of the resource-center team, as an extension of the division-based R&D department.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

BS Computer Science degree from a reputable institute/college/university.

2-5 Years of Professional Testing Experience with customer-facing enterprise applications.

Hands-on experience with manual and automation testing.

Well-versed with testing concepts, methodologies, and hands-on experience in test design, test execution, and test reporting.

Experience with Test Automation of Web Applications, preferably with Selenium webdriver (Java).

Good understanding of object-oriented design principles and the Page Object Model.

Good understanding of Java, and REST APIs.

Good experience in SQL query skills for building different data scenarios.

Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and investigation skills.

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
