Sales Professionals - Outlet/Showroom

Responsibilities:

• Enhance retail sales by meeting & greeting customers with a smile.

• Take a round of showrooms along with customer and brief him / her about the company products in detail as per his / her interest level.

• Responsible for the product display, cleanliness and management as per the guidelines of competent authority.

• Responsible for order booking, making & furnishing quotations to the customers.

• Maintaining database and good relations with customers and clients.

• Responsible for handling customer complaints, taking customer feedback and submit its report to the retail manager.

• Responsible for entire sales process i.e. from order booking to stock delivery at customer site and after sales services.

• Responsible for coordination with different department for official tasks i.e. Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Warehouse & Admin departments.

• Securing payments and clearance of any outstanding / receivable collection.

• Submission of daily/weekly/monthly sales report to management.

• Business Graduate with specialization in Marketing, Sales, Relationships

• Fresh - 2 Years (Retail industry knowledge is preferred).
