Job Description
GENERAL OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB
Manage through Distributors in his territory, the product portfolio of Oil & Fats division .
Manage through his distributors:
Distributor's Sales Representatives ensuring availability of company's products, productivity & drop size SKU wise, implementation of displays.
Credit in the market place
Ensure no cross-border selling.
Proper operation of orders processing (Distributors replenishment & onward execution system)
Ensure Distributor has sufficient finances to run the business smoothly.
Implementation of activities in the market place.
Competitive information feedback.
To keep distributor wise Oil & Fats damages with in specified limits.
To understand that being a member of the management of the company, the essential nature of the duties is to aid and to promote the management / administrative process. Should the details of the present job change at any time still the main capacity is to carry out managerial I administrative assignments and these will remain unchanged.
To ensure maintenance of high standard of housekeeping & hygiene in the department I section and to understand and comply with as per DFL standards, ISO and other legislative requirements pertaining to his sphere of responsibilities. In case of change or addition in responsibilities to understand and comply with the change in aforesaid requirements with reference to the new job contents.
To ensure compliance of the above requirements by the sub-ordinate staff by providing them awareness, support and guidance and in case of doubt to seek guidance from his superior(s).
To ensure smooth general administration In respect of factory departments and sales office.
MAIN EXECUTIVE TASKS
To prepare primary and secondary sales estimates for his area.
Re-distribution of company's products in town by distributors I DSR on weekly and bi-weekly basis.
Ensure merchandising and display activities are effectively implemented.
Re-distribution of company products in out stations and (RO's) by distributors I DSR's.
On weekly basis or ensure that outlet service level is implemented rigidly and outlets cards are being filled properly.
Ensure that the trade activities are being implemented properly by the distributor and his sales force.
Ensure that claims are being prepared proper and timely
