Job Description
Direct all aspects of projects management (cost, schedule, performance and risk)
Sign of contracts, engineering change proposals, and other legal documents as delegated by the General Manager;
Develop the Project Management Division structure, assign responsibilities and delegate authority;
Develop acquisition/procurement strategies for change proposals and/or other efforts related to the projects
Support actions related to financial authorization(s) for the company projects;
Monitor the Contractor’s progress with regards to contract deliverables
Conduct Project Management Reviews (PMRs)
Present the status of in hand projects to the management on quarterly basis
Approve payment milestones associated with contractors
Interface with senior Prime Contractor representative;
Contribute to the development of required budgets and staffing estimates.
Build the engineering structure to scale and grow with the strategy of the company.
Lead cross-functional projects within area of responsibility.
Monitoring and optimizing of all the utilities.
Planning, executing and commissioning of new projects, facility enhancement
Liasioning with locals, government officials regarding the various approvals of authorities
Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies
