Troubleshooting of LAN and WAN also responsible for management of new nodes and network cable links

Creation of domain accounts according to user job description.

Configuration of Email Accounts of all employees of DES

Working closely with software suppliers to resolve operational issues.

Responsible for supporting: Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7/ Office 2003 and 2007.

Windows Server, Small Business Server 2003/2008, Active Directory management, Backup products, Anti-Virus products, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP, Ethernet, wireless router and Firewall Configurations.

Maintaining Employees Portal Access.

Troubleshooting and Configurations of network printers, Access points and other IT equipment.

Maintaining IT Inventory and also coordinating with vendors for the purpose of repairing and warranty claims.

Diagnosis of desktop, application, networking and infrastructure issues.

Troubleshooting PC’s, laptops and mobile devices.

Arrange the conference room in Head Office

Ensure the proper storage of Videos cameras on monthly bases

Firmware for blockage of YouTube Facebook in office hours

Administering the IT department’s policies and procedures.

Installation and support of telecommunication equipment.

Maintaining a log of all problems detected and system backups.

Responsible for maintaining backups and for project work such as new builds.
