Sale Executive

DIGI KICK SOLUTIONS (DK-IM) is looking for a SALE EXECUTIVE / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / SALE REPRESENTATIVE / KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER / CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST within the Operations department who shall assist our U.S or AUSTRALIA - based client’s customers with their queries/concerns and provide an accurate resolution to customers as per the defined processes via call (INBOUND / OUTBOUND). We are looking for people who have experience in dealing with international customers. Candidate must have Good Communication Skills (ENGLISH) and having the ability to work in Night Shift. Good Listening & Speaking Skills.

Night Shift : 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM

Morning Shift: 03:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal

Present products to prospective clients

Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty

Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs

Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation

Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

2-5 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist/ Call Center Representative with US-based customers and clients.

Excellent verbal and written Communication, Selling, Negotiation skills.

Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based clients.

Exemplary attendance and punctuality.

Strong phone contact handling skills, active listening & understanding.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Should be target-oriented, hardworking.

Applicant should preferably have previous Tele sales experience in a US campaign.

Proven experience as Sales/Customer Service role

Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles

Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software

Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships

Organizational and time-management skills

A business acumen

Enthusiastic and passionate

(Bachelors or Master) BSc or BA in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing
