Job Description
Emenac requires HR Officer.
Ensuring smooth recruitment cycle closure from start to finish.
Advertising and attracting candidates through different sourcing channels.
Downloading, Screening and processing applicants.
Answering queries over the phone and responding to candidate emails.
Checking all candidate eligibility documentation
Complete on boarding paperwork efficiently and issue contracts to successful candidates.
Responding to internal and external queries via email.
Arranging group interviews as well as one to one interviews in coordination with relevant Heads.
Work with HR to comply hiring need and resource requirements on different locations.
Calling applicants and conduct a short telephonic interviews daily by analyzing responses;
Verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Coordinate and work with HR operations team to ensure smooth operations of HR
Maintaining records for applicants
Conduct reference and background checks
Assisting line manager in all other recruitment activities
Generating different type of recruitment & HR reports as required by Head of HR
Any other task assigned by the management from time to time.
This is an afternoon shift : 1pm till 10pm. Saturday Sunday off.
