Responsibilities

Broad Function
- Develops sales of Capsugel products for his/her territory;
- Introduces new products &services to customers;
- Drives and lead internal support to customers;
- Negotiate contracts and ensure payments
- Meets yearly plan objectives for the territory.
Principal Responsibilities
- Develops new sales opportunities
- Introduces new products / services offering
- Ensure payments by customers
- Ensure total customer satisfaction
- Ensure adequate branding for the territory
- Develops long term relationship with customers
- Negotiates contracts
- Applies Capsugel policies
- Uses Capsugel sales tools
- Monitors competition
- Maintain good working relationship with local distributor
- Monitor sales and payment status of accounts of distributor
- Coordinates customer visits/ audits
- Customers visiting plan & visiting report
- Involves internal departments when required
- Participates to the organization of customer events/ seminars

- Internal Relationship
- CSR ,TS, QA, BD, Finance, SC
- External Relationship Customers, Contract Fillers, Associations, Machine
- Manufacturers / distributors

Position Requirements
- Education
- University degree, major in biological or health sciences /is a plus
Experience
- Minimum 2 years working experience, in health care industry preferably, sales or related function is a plus
Skill and other requirements
- Ability to communicate and build relationships
- Strong negotiation skills Resilient/ persistent
- Willingness to learn, curiosity Ability to work independently
- Flexibility to travel
- Ability to represent Capsugel brand
- Good English both writing and speaking
- Basic computer Skills
