HSE Executive
Responsibilities
- Extend support to business zone in implementation of framework on Occupational Health and Safety Management (OH&S) system and organizing OHS events and campaigns.
- Conduct incident investigation and develop corrective/preventive action plan for the concerned department and follow-up.
- Inspection of critical locations and follow-up on improvement plan.
- Minimize / eliminate work related incidents / accidents.
- Improved response on emergency situations.
- Improve employee awareness and commitment on Health Safety & Environment.
- Coordinate with Security teams to ensure implementation of controls relevant to fire safety.
- Provide support towards Environment Management system and HSE supply chain, as per requirement.
- Perform facility HSE Inspections.
- Ability to evaluate PPE and ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE.
- Have knowledge and enforce compliance of Regulatory requirements (i.e. OSHAS, EPA, etc.), including company HSE policies and procedures.
- Responsible for the inspection of safety work permit issued by other departments.
- Maintain relevant HSE logs and documentation.
