Institution Officer

Maintain and develop relationships with existing customer via meetings, telephone calls.

• Visit potential institutions for new and regional business.
• Make accurate, rapid cost calculations, and provide customers with cable rates.
• Purchase Tender, Submission of document.
• Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on future buying trends.
• Represent Fast Cables at Tender exhibitions, events and conferences.
• Advise on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
• Coordinate with Admin Manager of Factory / Own Branch Manager regarding progress of the ongoing orders.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Familiarize yourself about the complete range of Company products with a view to answer all type of queries of consultants / customers.
