Security Supervisor

Job Description

1. Supervises other security staff; duties include planning, scheduling, organizing, directing, recruiting, training and disciplining security personnel.

2. Teaches and enforces safety regulations at factory and conduct safety drills regularly.

3. Reviews utilization and maintenance of security equipment.

4.Handling of all visitors properly including guidance and briefing of entrances and locations.

5.Regular examination and analyses of transport pool available at the factory ensuring their upkeep, documentation and fuel consumption.

6.Submitting regular reports to management regarding attendance, late arrivals, overtime, work details in overtime, late night opening / closing of the gate, generators usage and power breakage.

7.Monitor and authorize incoming and outgoing material and ensure its documentation.

8.Monitor and authorize entry/exit of the employees ensuring adherence to procedures and instructions.

9.Ensure safety of the factory at night.

10.Carrying out physical inspections of workers and bags.

11.Ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees and assets and reporting any unwanted incident.

12.Prepare outwards for material that needs repair and maintenance and materials going outward.
