Manager Digital Sales / ECommerce

Job Description

Ensure that all activities (Sales, Merchandising, Customer Service) are performed accurately, to a high standard and in a timely manner whilst maximizing sales and profit.

Ensure that team responds to customer queries in line with standards set and agreed response times.

Streamline processes through developing the suite of e-mail templates and FAQ content to reduce the time spent on queries and complaints

Work closely with the Retail Product Team to optimize all websites and ensure local online shopping preferences are satisfied and reflected in product offering

Work with the Retail Sales Team and Warehouse Team to formulate merchandising strategy.

Prepare sales packages to attract online customers for company business growth

Handle customer's queries on social media (Facebook, Twitter etc.)
