To establish and maintain a high-performance sales organization to achieve high business in the Retail Market.

Create and implement effective Sales & Marketing strategies for the luxury indoor product in retail, corporate sales, Projects Sale, e-commerce sectors and dealership network sales.

Provide leadership through effective communication of vision translation, active coaching and development of sales results to appropriate actions.

Take wisely critical decision at his/her own to smooth routine sales operation.

High-level leadership to lead Sales staff and to develop Sales objectives and to monitor the sales progress

Establish a strong dealership network with corporate and projects client

Develop the company's e-commerce website to attract online customers.
