R&D Manager
Responsibilities
- Leading R&D efforts of company from its inception to develop a range of protein-based Electronics device products
- Building and implementing a detailed Electronics laboratory research work plan to fulfill company's research objectives
- Working to improve and expand company's novel protein cross linking formulation
- Developing prototypes for range of products based on company's technology
- Collaborating with Electronics professionals to run pre-clinical and clinical testing of prototypes
- Managing multi-disciplinary and multi-site teams to develop several products in parallel
- Hosting audits from third parties and regulatory agencies
