Receptionist

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, direct telephone messages and knowledge of computer.
  • Prepare Customer service orientation and schedule appointment.
  • Prepare correspondence and documents and maintain office equipment’s.
  • Maintain the general filing system and all correspondence.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.
  • Deal with queries from the public and customers.
  • Provide general administrative support.

Skills:

  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS office.
  • Confident.
