GES serves as a natural extension of your organization to achieve fast time-to-market for innovative electronic end-products. We are looking for a creative Mechanical Engineer to work on all product stages from research and development to design and manufacturing.

Responsibilitiess

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA) like stress, strain, torque, deformation and structure analysis, etc.
• Thermal simulation on the bench & at system level
• Heat pipes Selection & Designing
• Heatsink & Fansink Selection & Designing
• Fan Selection & Designing in accordance with LFM
• Added advantage will be given to candidates having hands-on exposure to
• Enclosure development (solid extrusion and sheet metal, plastic design etc.)
• 3D/Thermal model development of Electronics components
• Productized and Presentable shape to the enclosure models
• Project management skills in entire project life cycle from “Conceptualization to Deliverables”

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from reputed university with 4+ years of experience
• Working experience with product lifecycle management (PLM), finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD)
• Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering (CAE) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM)
• Adequate knowledge of engineering analysis tools (SolidworksàSimulation, Flow Simulation, and ANSYS)
• Adequate knowledge of 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., SolidWorks and Creo)
• Creativity and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
